Keystone Constructions has what most builders' websites lack: building since 1993, a Master Builders membership, real Gold Coast projects and detailed client testimonials. But across 98 tracked searches, Google shows Keystone in the top 100 for just three, all extension searches sitting between #46 and #67, and there is no Google Business Profile at all. The searches that bring custom home enquiries, including "custom home builders Gold Coast", the phrase in the homepage's own title, return nothing. This proposal explains why, and puts ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile management behind the fix.
This is a business with more genuine proof than most of the builders outranking it. The trust content is already written, the projects are real, and one page already shows the domain can rank. The job is to put all of that in front of Google in a way it understands.
Website: homepage, About, New Homes, Our Services, Renovations, Extensions, Past Projects, FAQs, Blog and the XML sitemap (22 URLs) read on 14 October 2026.
We read all 98 searches in the 14 October 2026 report. None are on page one or page two. Three sit between #46 and #67, all on the extensions page. The other 95 have no Keystone page in the top 100, and nothing has moved in the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
The tracked list covers the whole city, around 666,000 people, from Coomera to Currumbin and up into the hinterland. Most searches are Gold Coast-wide, and 26 name a suburb or the hinterland. Keystone has no page for any area, even where its own projects are.
About search volumes. The rank tracker records positions only, not how often each search is made. We pull monthly Gold Coast volumes for every tracked term from Google Keyword Planner in month 1 and use them to set the order of work, so the effort goes where the most buyers are searching.
Source: ranking report for keystoneconstructions.com.au dated 14 October 2026, Google.com, Gold Coast, Queensland, English, organic results. All 98 rows read: 3 at #21 to 100 and 95 at 101+. The report's summary panel shows 94 at 101+; the rows list 95, and this proposal uses the rows. Area groups by the suburb named in each search; "Gold Coast-wide" includes one Queensland search. Population: 666,087, ABS estimated resident population 2023 for Gold Coast City, via profile.id.com.au. Page count from the site's XML sitemap, 14 October 2026.
The 98 searches fall into seven groups, ordered by the value of the job behind them. Six of the seven have nothing in the top 100. Every one of these searches is a Gold Coast home owner looking for a builder right now, and today each one goes to a competitor.
Groups from all 98 rows of the 14 October 2026 report: new homes 21, luxury 12, suburbs 18, hinterland 5, extensions 17, renovations 19 (including 5 suburb renovation searches), kitchens and bathrooms 6. Value order is our assessment of typical job size, not a search volume.
The site has 22 pages in its sitemap, and only one of them ranks for anything. The reasons are structural: the pages share the same title and description, the service pages are short, and the high-value work Keystone does has nowhere to live.
Each core page should own a group of searches. Today only the extensions page holds any position.
Titles, descriptions and headings read from each page on 14 October 2026; the FAQ page is the only page checked with a different title. Ranking pages from the 14 October 2026 report. Sitemap: 22 URLs, none with a last-modified date.
Foundations first, so Google can read the site properly. Then the core pages get rebuilt around the searches buyers make, and the premium work Keystone already does gets pages of its own, backed by real projects.
The quick technical fixes that let every other improvement count.
Turn the pages you already have into pages that can reach page one.
Pages for the work Keystone already does, but never tells Google about.
The signals that tell Google, and buyers, that Keystone is the builder to trust.
Do you need a new website? Not to start. Everything in this plan can be done on the current site. If you later want a full redesign, the content and structure we build here carry straight across.
We searched Google Maps on 14 October 2026 for your business name, your registered company name, your mobile and your office number. None of them found a Google Business Profile for Keystone Constructions. Searching your name brings up other "Keystone" building businesses instead, with their ratings and phone numbers.
For a local builder, the profile is often the first thing a buyer sees, before they ever reach the website.
Start with what you have. The clients who wrote your website testimonials are the first people to ask for a Google review. Long, specific reviews like theirs are exactly what persuades the next buyer, and they give Keystone a head start from day one.
Google Maps searched 14 October 2026 for "Keystone Constructions Gold Coast", "Keystone Constructions Pty Ltd" Queensland, 0422 822 222 and (07) 5522 8496; no Keystone Constructions profile returned. Other results included Keystone Construction & Design, Keystone Design And Construct and Keystone Building Solutions, none using Keystone Constructions' phone numbers. A hidden, unverified or suspended listing can't be ruled out from public search and is checked at kick-off. Foundations and the Google profile come first, because every page we improve afterwards ranks better once Google can read the site and connect it to your business.

One monthly fee covers SEO and your Google Business Profile together.
The bottom line. $1,325 + GST a month ($1,457.50 including GST) for SEO and Google Business Profile management together. One new custom home or major renovation from search would cover many months of the fee.
All fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Fresh Digital is registered for GST. SEO and Google Business Profile management is $1,325 + GST a month ($1,457.50 once GST is added), invoiced monthly in advance. No ranking position or number of enquiries is promised; results are measured and reported, not guaranteed. Your website, content and accounts remain yours. This proposal is valid until 13 November 2026.
Because Google ranks pages, not reputations. Your experience is real, but the site shows it in a way Google can't read: the same title on nearly every page, short service pages, and no pages for most of the work you do. Fix that, and your track record starts working for you in search.
It's the only way into the map results Google shows for local searches like "home builders Gold Coast", and it's where buyers read reviews and compare builders. Right now Keystone has no profile, so a referred buyer who searches your name finds other Keystone businesses instead. Creating and verifying one is free, and it's the quickest visibility win in this plan.
No. Everything in this plan works on the current site. If you choose to redesign later, the content and structure carry across.
Google's spam policies warn against many near-identical location pages made only to rank. We build a small number of area pages where you have real projects to show, and let the Google profile cover your service area across the city.
The extensions searches at #46 to #67 are closest and usually move first, often within the first few months. Broad searches like "custom home builders Gold Coast" are competitive and take longer. You see progress against the 14 October baseline every month.
Access to the website and Google accounts, about 30 minutes for kick-off, and details of your best projects and any awards. We write the content; you approve it before anything goes live.
